I dropped my bike and needed help making a diagnosis...
So I was pulling out of the stop'n'rob, dutifully buying my wife a hershey's special dark bar, and a tool in a ford came barreling down the street. I had to click my front brake to avoid being hit.
I ride a '73 Honda Scrambler cl350. My first bike. I bought it when it pretty rough, worked on it and got it running myself. It's my baby and I'm sure you know what I mean.
Anyway, I suffered a small bruise on my leg. No big deal. The bike's front end seemed way out of whack on the way home. It's drivable, but something is not right.
The handlebars are no perpendicular to the wheel - slightly off. I need a checklist for what I need to check out and fix to make it right. Obviously, my wheel may be out of true, almost certainly, but I think there's more. Can you adjust the bars to the forks? It couldn't be my forks, could it? I pretty much just tipped it over.
Check out these insightful responses I received in just 12 hours!
Thanks, everyone!

Diamondback Apex for sale or trade - $175
This is my Diamondback Apex SE. It's about five years old.
It's extremely light and fast. Very aggressive geometry.
- Manitou front shocks, adjustable
- Quick release, 24" rims, Aluminum
- Chromoly Frame - short butted - 15"
- Avenir bars
The bike has about 400 miles on it. Wheels trued at 300. (approximately - my odometer broke) It has some scratches on the frame. Normal wear. I've done mostly urban riding on the bike. I'm unloading it because it's too small for me. I want a comfort bike or hybrid. Let me know if you have one for trade.
